What We’re Looking For:

We need experienced HVAC technicians who can handle installation, maintenance, and service calls with confidence. But we’re also open to entry-level candidates who are motivated, eager to learn, and ready to develop a long-term career in HVAC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install residential HVAC systems (furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, ductwork, thermostats).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair systems.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak performance.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their needs, provide estimates, and recommend solutions.
• Document all work performed accurately.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background checks and regular drug testing.
• Strong mechanical aptitude; able to lift, carry, and work in confined spaces.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• For entry-level applicants: Positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and willingness to do hands-on work.
• For experienced techs: HVAC certifications (EPA 608 preferred), proven track record in service/installation.
