Client Support Specialist (Dispatcher) � Location: West Allis, WI

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and love helping people? We’re looking for a Client Support Specialist (CCS) to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — booking appointments, managing service calls, and dispatching technicians — all while keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer incoming client calls and deliver top-tier customer service
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for service calls with efficiency and accuracy
- Coordinate permits with local municipalities
- Track technician progress and communicate arrival times to clients
- Debrief service calls and confirm payment collection
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to coordinate part deliveries
- Use critical thinking to assign the best technician for each job
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree a plus
- Customer service, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Reliable, self-starter with a flexible, team-oriented attitude
- Bilingual is a plus, but not required
