We’re looking for an experienced, motivated, and technically sharp HVAC Technical Team Leader (TTL) to help lead our Residential Service team. This is a hybrid role where you’ll stay hands-on in the field while mentoring, coaching, and helping our next generation of techs grow. What You'll Do:

  • Work as a field HVAC technician (80% of the time), maintaining strong productivity and technical excellence.
  • Act as a leader and mentor to the HVAC service team—training, coaching, and performing quarterly and real-time evaluations for trainees.
  • Support management with team development, scheduling, and operational discipline.
  • Troubleshoot complex systems and provide guidance to others in solving technical problems.
  • Help develop and launch new products, services, and offerings.
  • Ensure all HVAC work complies with local, state, federal, and company standards.
  • Promote the use of company tools, resources, and complete service documentation.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven leadership or mentorship skills within an HVAC service environment 
  • Strong technical expertise and the ability to troubleshoot complex residential HVAC systems (5-10yrs experience)
  • A coach-at-heart who enjoys helping others grow
  • A commitment to serve as TTL for at least one year
  • Strong communication, organizational, and safety-first mindset
