Entry-Level Electrical Worker (Construction Wireman [CW] and Apprentice)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist experienced electricians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial settings.
  • Carry tools and materials, prepare work areas, and clean up after jobs.
  • Learn and follow company safety protocols and standard procedures.
  • Participate in training sessions and educational programs to gain knowledge about electrical systems and techniques.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Journeyman and Master Electrician (Experienced with Valid WI State License)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems with minimal supervision.
  • Diagnose electrical issues, develop solutions, and implement repairs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations.
  • Mentor and guide apprentices and entry-level registered electricians.

Requirements:

  • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the state of Wisconsin.

Electrical Foreman (Journeyman or Master Electrician with Job Leader Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage single or multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of electricians, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company, clients, and other contractors.
  • Develop project schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress.
  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal electrical codes.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving for complex electrical issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
