Entry-Level Plumbing Technician (No Experience Required)

Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced plumbers with installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems.
• Carry tools and materials, prepare work areas, and clean up after jobs.
• Learn and follow company safety protocols and standard procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and gain knowledge about plumbing techniques and systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.

Entry Level Positions:

• Production Worker
• Pre-apprentice
• Apprentice

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic understanding of tools and construction-related tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Journeyman Plumber (Experienced with Valid WI State License)

Responsibilities:

• Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems with minimal supervision.
• Diagnose plumbing issues, develop solutions, and implement repairs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures.
• Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations.
• Mentor and guide apprentices and entry-level technicians.

Requirements:

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
